E6 Since its construction in 1913, the Théâtre des Champs Élysées has been equipped with an organ. It was built by the organ builder Jean-Baptiste Puget. In 1927, the instrument was restored by Victor Gonzalez. He installs a mobile console. It had 3 manual manuals and 1 German-style pedalboard. Above the pedalboard, three rocker pedals for each of the keyboards. Call stops by tilting dominoes. During a handling operation on the stage, the console fell and crashed into the orchestra pit. As a result, the instrument became unusable. The piping is still in the instrument; only more than 30 pipes missing out of the organ's 3,000 or 4,000 pipes.
